Results obtained through the Casdar Farinelli project. The IFIP, ANSES, INRAE and ONIRIS created and tested five protocols. Their efficacy was assessed under experimental conditions and the most interesting were selected for feasibility testing in the field (examining time allowed between drug administration and castration, total duration of the intervention, analgesic efficacy and healing time).
