Due to the Covid-19 crisis, in accordance with the French government's containment measures and in accordance with the decision by the French public debates commission to suspend all ongoing public debates, the Special Commission for the ImPACtons! debate has suspended the public discussion process.
- Public debates across France will begin again on 1 September. Dates and venues to be confirmed later.
- The online debate has also been suspended from midnight on April 3 (priorities, publication of contributions, comments). The platform will continue to be accessible for consultation until the debate reopens (in September at the latest).
- The Citizens' Assembly on Agriculture has been postponed and has been rescheduled for September 25 - 27.
- The debate website remains open, as do the Facebook, Twitter and LinkedInpages, to ensure that the public's right to be informed continues to be upheld.
Although the debate has been suspended the committee is continuing its work to increase the information available on the site.
