Document type: summary of responses to the #LejourdAprès collective's online consultation
Summary: Launched on 4 March, this online consultation remained open until 4 May 2020 and sought to create a collective template for the post-covid-19 world. There were approximately 8700 contributions. The 4 measures most popular with respondents were: 1) an immediate moratorium on intensive livestock farming; 2) a concrete plan to move away from intensive livestock farming, with support for those whose livelihood currently depends on it to move towards alternative production methods; 3) a large-scale shift to vegetable foods in public and private canteens and 4) the reintroduction of animal ethics into the school curriculum.
