Preview : This train-the-trainer programme allows participants to obtain the "animal welfare training (AWB)" certification required by Vivéa and OCAPIAT for the training of on-farm animal welfare advisors. Indeed, within the framework of the Decree 2020-1625, each farm must have an animal welfare adviser. On poultry and pig farms, animal welfare advisors are required to have undergone training. On cattle farms, though, training for animal welfare advisors is not mandatory but voluntary.
