Summary: This instruction changes the duration of the agreements made between the DRAAF/DAAF and the Vétérinaires Pour Tous regional associations. Eligibility to apply for financial assistance to pay for consultations at veterinary establishments is extended to young adults and the homeless, with separate funding for the latter. In addition, the rate of funding for the association's administrative costs is raised from 8% to 15%.
