Preview: At Cirières in the Deux-Sèvres area, Annabelle and Louis-Marie Pasquier invested in 2018 in two 1800 m2 henhouses, one of which features a winter garden and a teaching room with a glass window that looks onto the breeding room. [...] Its purpose was to create a demonstration site and to collect technical and costing information on the management of rearing using a winter garden, with particular attention to ventilation settings. Combining a dynamic ventilation system with outside access for growing animals was a real challenge.
