Presentation : In 2021, IFIP will be offering visitors to Space an insight into the question of the castration of male pigs, currently the hot topic for discussion across all parts of the pig industry's technical and economic news network. The four morning seminars will address this common theme as it applies to different parts of the sector:
TUESDAY 14 SEPTEMBER: Au maillon élevage : alternatives à la castration à vif et incidences économiques
WEDNESDAY 15 SEPTEMBER: u maillon abattage-découpe : détection des odeurs sexuelles, gestion des carcasses et valorisation des pièces
THURSDAY 16 SEPTEMBER: Au maillon transformation : composition des pièces en gras et en maigre, qualité technologique et conséquences sur les besoins en transformation
FRIDAY 17 SEPTEMBER: En visioconférence : Quels produits du porc pour quels marchés ?
