Preview: The French law to combat animal abuse and strengthen the bond between animals and humans was eother small companion animalsted on November 30, 2021. Among its provisions is the implementation of a mandatory "certificate of commitment and knowledge" for pet buyers (from October 1, 2022) and for keepers of equines (from December 31, 2022).
